Description

We are looking for a skilled Content Marketer to create, manage, and distribute content across our portfolio companies (rightclick and Tunde), ensuring their messaging is consistent, engaging, and results-driven.

Role Overview

As a Content Marketer, you will work directly with our portfolio companies to develop and execute content strategies that enhance their brand presence, drive engagement, and support business objectives.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality content, scheduling posts across platforms, and monitoring performance metrics to optimise results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for the companies in alignment with their business goals.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Schedule and publish posts across multiple social media channels using content management and scheduling tools.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement, building a consistent brand voice and community interaction.
• Analyze content performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with portfolio company teams, designers, and external agencies to maintain high-quality content output.
• Stay updated on content marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, video editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Later, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and content analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with startups or multiple companies simultaneously.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Knowledge of trends in your portfolio companies’ industries.
