Our child labor policy aligns meticulously with the guidance provided by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Furthermore, they must ensure that their own suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders are firmly committed to these principles.
Definitions
– Children: Individuals below 18 years of age.
– Young Children: Individuals under 14 years of age.
– Child Labor: Any form of work that robs children of their childhood, disrupts their education, stifles their potential, and compromises their dignity. Child labor encompasses work that is mentally, physically, or socially harmful to children.
